Here are the questions we are most commonly asked:
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are unable to process international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping will be dependent on the destination. Orders are processed based off the time of day in which they were received. Excluding weekends and Holidays, this generally means your package will be in transit either the day of, or the next business day immediately following your order.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Due to our business having a physical presence in Florida, we are legally required to collect sales taxes on all purchases/orders made within the state of Florida. Taxation may be waived with appropriate documentation. Please contact one of our sales reps to discuss your situation in detail.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you have a tangible issue with the product in question, our support staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Do you refund?
At this time, we are unable to issue refunds. If there is an issue with your product, then please contact our Technical Support staff. If you have received an item in error, please contact our Customer Service.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept check and Cash payments at our Jacksonville, FL store front.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
With a few exceptions, all products sold by SpookTech offer at least a one year manufacturer's warranty. Generally speaking, warranties do not apply to cable, hardware, or equipment physically damaged by the customer and/or "Natural Disasters", such as lightning.
